The ideal candidate will be technically excellent, commercially minded, and solutions‑focused, with strong client facing skills supported by excellent communication and organisational skills. The team is regularly instructed to assist with contract negotiation and dispute avoidance across the UK and in a variety of other jurisdictions. This team primarily acts for significant contractor clients, along with project sponsors and lenders.
