This is an amazing opportunity for a skilled Senior Practitioner looking to thrive in a dynamic and essential role within the Bromley Children & Families Hub. Established in 2014, our Hub has grown in size and complexity, providing an exciting environment for professional growth. We are on the hunt for a full-time qualified social worker to bring their expertise to our multi-agency team. Working a minimum of two days a week from our bustling office, you will be at the frontline of assessing notifications and referrals concerning children and young people aged 0 to 18.
What you will do
* Assess risk in a multi-agency context, drawing on your extensive experience in children and families social work.
* Contribute your social work perspective by delivering high-quality screening and making sound, informed recommendations.
* Make decisions appropriate to your role, guided by your advanced knowledge of safeguarding legislation and statutory guidance.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, sharing confidential information with partner agencies to protect and support children.
* Display exceptional recording skills and expertly use IT recording systems for accurate documentation.
