D365 HR ConsultantStart: ASAPDuration: 6-12 monthsLocation: hybrid (1-2 days per week in Lincolnshire)Pay: INSIDE IR35, negotiableJoin a leading global consulting firm’s Microsoft Business Applications Practice (MBAP). We're seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM HR Lead Functional Consultant to collaborate with business users and internal teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.Responsibilities:- Analyse and document business requirements and processes.- Convert client requirements into functional specifications and design documents.- Configure, test, and demonstrate D365 HR functionality.- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-User Training.- Lead and manage small projects, ensuring successful delivery.- Facilitate client meetings and drive decision-making.- Provide weekly status reports to the project team.Skills & Experience:- Strong experience with D365 HR, AX 2012, and key HR modules.- Minimum 3-4 end-to-end D365 implementation projects.- Experience with data migration in D365 HR.- Solid communication, analysis, and documentation skills.- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.- Ability to work remotely with regular client-site travel.
