Service Advisor Our Client - Bristol Do you excel at customer service? If so, you could be just who Our Client is looking for! We're currently seeking a Service Advisor for a busy Bristol branch. This role serves as the liaison between customers and service technicians and acts as the face of the business when customers visit for service or repair. Responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to their concerns, scheduling appointments, estimating costs, and conducting inspections. Service Advisors work closely with customers to understand vehicle issues, determine repair timelines, and communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accurate repair descriptions are conveyed.
