Overview:
Compass Associates are excited to be partnering with a small, independent children’s residential home, established to offer high-quality, trauma-informed care to children with emotional and behavioural needs. Together we are seeking to recruit a Team Leader (Senior Support Worker) to join their tight-knit, values-led team committed to delivering compassionate care and positive outcomes.
Work Pattern:
Full-time, 37.5hrs per week, with shift patterns varying across a rolling rota.
Location:
This Children’s Residential Home is located in Winchester and is commutable from Southampton, Alton, Portsmouth, Andover and other surrounding towns.
Criteria:
* Level 3 or Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification recognised under Ofsted regulations)
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a residential childcare setting
* Full, valid UK driving licence and willingness to drive for work purposes (preferable)
* Must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to sponsor visa applications for this role.

Salary and Benefits:
This Team Leader role is paying up to £34,000 per annum and includes an impressive benefit package:
