About the Role
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Wholesale Growth Manager to grow our SME wholesale channel across OOH customers and regional wholesalers. This role blends hands-on sales to SMEs, high activity outreach, growth through our online wholesale portal (Shopify B2B website) and marketing/brand development to strengthen Naked Paper’s presence across offices, hospitality and other communal spaces.
You’ll grow a balanced portfolio of small and medium customers (with selective larger partners), drive sales through our online wholesale store and support simple, practical brand-building activity. It’s a lean, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both selling and building. Helping to create the processes, tools and foundations that will scale the wholesale channel.

Key Responsibilities
SME & Regional Wholesale Growth
* Prospect and win new business across independents, regional wholesalers, SME distributors, offices, holiday parks, cafés, delis, small foodservice groups and other OOH operators.
* Build a diverse, resilient portfolio of small and medium accounts across regions.
* Create a pipeline through field visits, calls, trade events and grassroots outreach.
* Focus on acquiring SMEs with fast decision cycles and simple, self-serve ordering.
* Enjoy a high volume outreach role with a wide spread of SME accounts.
Online B2B Sales
* Grow sales through our online wholesale store (Shopify B2B website).
* Optimise product listings, pricing, promotions, and information to drive conversion.
* Work with marketing/ops to ensure clear and consistent brand presence and efficient order fulfilment.
* Improve the customer journey and reorder cadence to drive strong repeat purchasing.
Account Management & Retention
* Provide regular support to SME customers, tailoring solutions for small operators and encouraging consistent repeat ordering.
* Use CRM and simple digital tools to maintain momentum with smaller accounts.
* Ensure customers have the right assets, POS and product information to succeed.
* Own onboarding and repeat order habits to keep churn low.
* Identify opportunities to move SMEs from occasional orders to habitual reordering.
Brand Building & Marketing in Market
* Work with the marketing team to adapt core brand messaging and assets for the OOH/wholesale environment.
* Support the creation of customer-facing collateral (sell-ins, menus, POS, digital assets, activation kits).
* Act as the brand advocate in trade settings, at trade events and customer touchpoints.
* Share insights on what resonates with SMEs to help guide brand direction and NPD choices.
Commercial & Operational Setup
* Support pricing, pack format and promotional strategy for OOH and wholesale.
* Develop simple, scalable processes for onboarding, fulfilment and customer service suitable for high-volume SME accounts.
* Own accurate forecasting for the wholesale channel.
* Manage dispenser requests, deployment and light-touch installation support. Feed insights on dispenser barriers back to the wider team.
Cross Functional Collaboration
* Partner with marketing on brand-building initiatives.
* Work closely with operations and supply chain to ensure smooth stock flow and efficient delivery for customers.
* Feed industry and customer insights back into the business.
About You
* 2+ years’ FMCG or B2B sales/commercial experience across OOH, wholesale, field sales or online trade sales.
* Strong track record of winning and managing SMEs and regional wholesale accounts.
* Comfortable working both in-field and digitally, balancing relationship-building with scalable online sales.
* Strong commercial judgement (pricing, forecasting, promotions).
* Able to combine sales execution with brand-building thinking.
* Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient and energised by building from scratch.
* Comfortable working in a lean team, remotely, switching between outreach, onboarding, basic CRM work and improving the customer journey.
* Enjoys high-volume outreach and speaking with a wide mix of SME buyers.

Salary: Competitive & performance based commission (dependant on experience).
