Head of Roastery Operations is a brand new senior role, here at Hard Lines. Due to the continuous growth of our business it’s a timely new addition to the team and one we’re really excited about.
You will have responsibility for overseeing all aspects of roastery and logistics management at our roastery in Gwaelod-y-Garth, on the outskirts of Cardiff. You will have experience of working in production and logistics, and will have strong leadership and problem-solving skills. You will be adaptable, calm under pressure and enjoy working in a busy environment.
A working knowledge of coffee product requirements is desirable, but we are open to and encourage applications from similar industries such as food service and brewery.
