The Role
They are seeking a 1st Line Engineer to join their Service Desk team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with:
* Active Directory
* Microsoft 365 (M365)
* Application troubleshooting
* Hardware support, including onboarding
* Printers
* Ticketing systems (logging, triage, escalation, resolution tracking)

* Based in Dartford (office-based, five days a week)
* Salary up to £30k, depending on experience
