We design, develop and manufacture high-quality, high-performance, sustainable battery solutions for multiple applications to match our customers’ requirements.PROJECT MANAGER - COMMISSIONINGThe role will be part of the Capital Projects Management Team who are accountable for implementing the buildings and infrastructure programme required to support Agratas’ ambitious plans.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all aspects of the commissioning and pre-construction processes from planning to execution.Coordinating the construction and commissioning sequencing and scheduling of building services systems and manufacturing process equipment including the validation of the integration between supply and connection.Ensure that commissioning activities adhere to the highest quality standards, meeting all relevant regulations and industry best practices.Maintain documentation for compass and procure, including commissioning reports, equipment reports and safety procedures.Manage ITP test script and communicate information to the client and internal project management team.Build, mentor and manage a team of commissioning engineers and professionals, promoting collaboration and efficient teamwork.Work closely with vendors and contractors to resolve technical issues, manage equipment integration and ensure seamless commissioning.Challenge technical assumptions to ensure optimum solutions are achieved for the project.Conduct training and handover activities.Conduct post commissioning evaluations and follow-ups.Ensure project deliverables and risks are achieved within project timescales and in accordance with specified quality standards.Evaluate and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.Key traits/experience required:Strong knowledge of commissioning processes, building systems and regulatory requirements is essential.Excellent project management and coordination abilities.Understanding of engineering principles and systems.Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving issues.Attention to detail in conducting inspections and tests.Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.Team leadership and collaboration skills.Risk assessment and mitigation expertise.Documentation and reporting capabilities.Knowledge of current health and safety practices.Technical proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.Continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.Adaptability to different project environments and challenges.QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related field.Professional certifications such as CCP or CEM.At Agratas we strongly believe that people are at their best when they feel supported and happy in their workplace.
