Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning. Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and insight, supporting key decision-making processes. Design and implement insightful dashboards and reports to track performance against key metrics. Lead the annual budgeting process and provide monthly variance analysis against budget & forecast. Conduct in-depth financial analysis on various business initiatives, providing recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency. Support fundraising activities, including the preparation of investor presentations and financial due diligence. Mentor and coach one direct report (Finance Manager), this FM will also have a direct report (Assistant Accountant). Qualifications & Skills: ACA, ACCA or CIMA equivalent qualifications. 6 years industry experience must have Biotech / Pharmaceutical sector exposure. Must be confident, robust as culture fit is equally important to technical ability.
