This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Secretary located in Penzance. The Legal Secretary will be responsible for preparing legal documents, assisting legal professionals, performing clerical tasks, and managing diaries. The role also includes maintaining and organizing files, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of Law and experience as Legal Assistants
* Skills in Legal Document Preparation and Clerical tasks
* Proficiency in Diary Management
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in a legal setting is a plus
* Relevant certifications or a degree in Law or related field is advantageous
