Reablement Support Worker – Permanent contract – £19,188 to £20,451 per annum (Scale E) – 27.75 hours per week – Elizabeth House, Dereham (working in Poringland, Wymondham and Watton).
Working pattern over two weeks including weekends and bank holidays.
Responsibilities
* Support people in their homes to regain prior abilities over a 6‑week period following ill health or a change in circumstances.
* Completely mobile: must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle to visit clients in North Norfolk.
* Plan and deliver care visits at times ranging from 7:30 am–1:30 pm and 4 pm–8:30 pm.
* Work within a two‑week rota to maintain a healthy work‑life balance.
Qualifications
* No previous experience required – full training will be given.
* Knowledgeable and caring, with empathy and a commitment to making a difference.
* Must be fully fit to commute to clients’ homes.
