Business Analyst / QA
Location: Manchester City Centre (Onsite 5 days a week)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

What you need:
* Experience in QA
* Exposure to Business Analysis
* Working knowledge of SQL and REST APIs
* Hands-on experience with tools like Postman, Jira, and Confluence
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Ability to juggle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced ecommerce environment
* Ecommerce/retail experience

What You’ll Be Doing day-to-day:
* Acting as the key link between internal teams and developers (both in-house and external)
* Translating business needs into clear, high-impact requirements
* Owning QA and UAT processes, including writing detailed test scripts
* Investigating, triaging, and resolving bugs effectively
* Managing workflows and tickets via Jira
* Collaborating with third-party platforms and partners
* Identifying opportunities to improve UX, performance, and commercial outcomes
* Streamlining internal processes and supporting project delivery/documentation
