Duties
* Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
* Schedule appointments and maintain the reception area's organisation.
* Provide information about services and facilities to guests.
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to guests and staff.
Experience
* Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
* Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
* Experience in hospitality or guest services is advantageous.
* Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities within a team environment.
