The Opportunity This role is suited to an experienced Principal or Associate-level Civil Engineer who is comfortable taking responsibility for projects, people and clients. You will play a pivotal role in leading project teams, overseeing technical delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while contributing to the continued growth of the business. The position offers a blend of hands-on engineering, team leadership and strategic input, making it ideal for someone looking to consolidate or step into a senior leadership role within a consultancy environment.
