Working with developers, investors, real estate operators, and technology innovators, the agency helps its clients grow their influence, partnerships, and commercial success in a fast-evolving market.
As the business continues to scale, it is seeking a commercially minded Account Executive to support client growth and strengthen its position at the centre of the proptech ecosystem.
The Role
The Account Executive will play a key role in managing and developing client relationships, ensuring exceptional delivery across accounts while identifying opportunities for growth. Acting as a connector across the industry, the successful candidate will help position clients in front of the right audiences, partners, and decision-makers.
This is a strategic, outward-facing role suited to someone who enjoys building long-term relationships and contributing to a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts
* Building strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
* Leading client meetings, reporting, and strategic reviews
* Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Supporting new business development and pitch processes
* Working closely with internal teams to deliver campaigns and initiatives
* Facilitating meaningful introductions across the proptech and real estate ecosystem
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2–5 years’ experience in account management, client services, partnerships, or business development
* A background in or strong interest in proptech, real estate, construction, or the Built Environment
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
* The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* A visible and engaged approach to industry networking and events
Desirable Experience
* An existing network within proptech or real estate
* Agency, media, or membership organisation experience
* Confident presentation and storytelling skills
