Overview

You will be responsible for supporting a number of projects and will work closely with your Project Manager to deliver the defined outcomes. You will support the documentation, plans, co-ordination, monitoring and satisfactory completion of assigned projects maintaining a strong focus on delivery priorities with robust monitoring in place. You will be proactive, with the ability to work independently, prioritising a busy workload and a large number of stakeholders, being able to work flexibly in line with changing demands. Responsibilities

* Support the Project Manager in the delivery of the Governance 360 Programme, including thematic projects on: - Constitutional reform - Compliance and assurance - Learning and development - Information asset review
* Update detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
* Support the Project Manager in effective communication and reporting to the Programme Board, Executive, and wider stakeholders
* Monitor risks, dependencies, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery
* You will be proactive, with the ability to work independently, prioritising a busy workload and a large number of stakeholders, being able to work flexibly in line with changing demands.
