Childrens Residential Support Workers Kettering Recruiting on behalf of our client, a registered childrens residential provider
Location: Kettering
Hours: Full-time, 42 hours per week (3 long days: 7:30am 9:30pm, including alternate weekends)
Contract Type: Permanent
Pay: £12.60 per hour (unqualified) | £12.85 per hour (Level 3 qualified)

What Youll Do Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people in line with their individual care plans.
Promote health, well-being, and personal development in an inclusive and respectful way.
Support with daily routines, social activities, education, and community engagement.
Assist with household tasks and, where necessary, elements of personal care.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to a safe, nurturing environment.

Experience & Qualifications Experience with learning disabilities, autism, or challenging behaviour is preferred.
Full training is provided we value your attitude and commitment above all.
Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification is desirable (higher pay rate applies).
Opportunity to enrol on Level 4 course after successful probation.
