Promote inclusive practice throughout the Hillingdon setting. Liaise with families, carers, local authorities and external agencies. Champion positive outcomes for learners across Hillingdon. Therapeutic Services The Head of Inclusion will oversee: Speech and Language Therapy (SALT). Occupational Therapy (OT). Counselling and Physiotherapy services. Therapy Assistants and multidisciplinary interventions. EHCP provision and therapeutic support plans. Annual Reviews and specialist learner support. Therapy budgets and service development within Hillingdon. Admissions and Quality Assurance The Head of Inclusion will: Assess therapeutic and support needs for prospective learners. Support admissions and placement planning. Contribute to quality assurance and compliance activities. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards across Hillingdon. About You To be successful as our Head of Inclusion, you will have: Significant experience working within SEND, specialist education or further education settings. Strong safeguarding knowledge and experience. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of EHCPs, SEND legislation and inclusive practice. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
