As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be hands on with hardware, visiting customer sites and remote worker locations to deliver deskside support that keeps businesses running smoothly. This is a dynamic, fast paced role where you'll grow your technical skills, build confidence, and gain exposure to a wide range of environments.
Responsibilities
Provide deskside hardware and end-user support at customer sites and remote locations. Travel across County Antrim with a company car to assist end users and resolve technical issues. Act as the face of Capita for our high profile clients, delivering professional, customer-focused service. Work to maintain business continuity by promptly solving hardware and software problems and following established SLAs.
What we are looking for
* Working knowledge of MS Windows OS & MS Office Suite
* End User Devices hardware experience
* Deskside support experience
* Excellent customer facing skills with the ability to deal with difficult customers
* Clean driving licence
* Self-Management with Good Organisational Skills
* Communication Skills
* Ability to follow remote advanced technical instruction
