Job Title: Level 2 Teaching Assistant, Level 3 Teaching Assistant, and HLTA
Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type(s): Full-Time Cover Contracts as well as Full Time Permanent Contracts
Salary: 90 - 110 per day
Role
* Supporting students with a range of special educational needs in the classroom and through personalised learning
* Assisting teachers in the preparation and delivery of lessons and learning activities
* Promoting independence, communication, and social skills
* Providing emotional and behavioural support, where needed
* Helping create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
About you
* You will ideally be qualified to Level 2 TA, Level 3 TA, or HLTA level however this is not essential if you have experience working with children, particularly those with SEN
* A caring and patient individual with a genuine passion for supporting young people with special needs
* Experience working in a special school or with children with SEN in another setting
* Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
* Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training and development
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
