We’ve been helping businesses grow for 36 years. It’s a journey we know well. When Radius started in 1990, we ran a successful SME fuel business in North West England. Today we are a global business services company operating in 19 countries across five continents.
Our mission is to help companies of all sizes adapt to market changes and take advantage of the opportunities they bring.
We are differentiated through our ability to provide fleet and connectivity-related products and services in a one‑stop shop solution to SMEs, as well as tailored solutions to enterprise‑level businesses.

Your responsibilities day to day will be…
* Develop and maintain commercial and financial models for IT, connectivity, cloud, and hosted services to support pricing, product decisions, and business strategy.
* Analyse performance, customer profitability, and market trends to generate actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
* Own and optimise pricing frameworks, supporting Sales with commercially sound proposals and tailored deal structures.
* Collaborate with Product, Finance, and technical teams to refine cost models, understand product economics, and support new solution development.
* Create and improve reporting, dashboards, and forecasting tools to enhance visibility, accuracy, and commercial decision‑making across the business.

* Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across pricing, models, and commercial proposals.
* Advanced Excel skills, with experience building and maintaining detailed pricing models, margin trackers, and commercial reports.
* Strong analytical and data‑driven approach, using insight to improve pricing, product performance, and commercial outcomes.
* Proactive attitude with full ownership of workload, showing enthusiasm for new challenges that support personal and professional growth.
* Understanding of Microsoft technologies alongside Connectivity and Voice products, including Microsoft 365, Teams Phone, Connectivity, Hosted telephony, and unified communications.
What can you expect of us?
* A friendly culture that mirrors our proposition to our customers.
* A fast‑growing organisation that defines itself as being agile and innovative.
* A drive for continuous improvement, which you will be empowered to get behind from day one.
* A commitment to building a working environment that values inclusivity, innovation, agility, and drive.
