Do you want to spend your time focusing on the three things that really matter – the children, the team, and the home?
Rather than dealing with constant recruitment issues, HR challenges, and administrative headaches?
Do you want to feel genuinely supported by experienced senior leaders, fellow Registered Managers, and Area Managers who understand the realities of children's residential care?
Do you want to join an organisation that is pioneering research and innovation within the sector and is truly committed to improving the lives of children and young people?
If you answered yes, then I want to hear from YOU!
