About the role
Are you ready to kickstart your sales career with a company that values enthusiasm, teamwork, and persistence? As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll work primarily from home, connecting with UK businesses and opening doors for our Sales team. You’ll generate high-quality leads through outbound prospecting and nurture inbound interest via our website. Using every channel available—calls, emails, social media, and video—you’ll help organisations discover how our communications technology can transform the way they work. With plenty of support from your fellow SDRs, the Head of Direct Sales, and the Head of Marketing, you’ll be set up for success.

* Previous sales or customer‑facing experience is desirable
Key responsibilities
* Meet and exceed monthly lead generation targets
* Convert inbound interest promptly across multiple channels
* Research prospects and accounts using a variety of tools
* Contact potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and video
* Help prospects understand our products and services to maximise opportunities
* Track and manage progress using sales automation tools and CRM systems
* Maintain accurate data and ensure efficient follow‑up processes
