Westbrook is a care centre that provides short term placements, assisting people to regain their independence and meet their aims and objectives. We offer short term support to those living with dementia in our specialist dementia care unit. We also work closely with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Social Services Registered Practitioners to support those requiring rehabilitation or further care assessments to return to the community. We are looking for Night care workers to join our team and help us to improve the outcomes for our service users.

We can offer you a comprehensive induction package. This will include mandatory training as well as access to multiple personal development courses. You will either already hold or be willing to complete NVQ/Diploma Level 2 or equivalent. We can also offer this programme to the right candidate if not held upon commencing employment.
Night shifts are from 21.30 07.30 hrs and you will have a rolling 4-week rota, enabling a more flexible work-life relationship. There will be some weekend and bank holiday working.

We currently have one night senior carer vacancy of 20 hours per week.
There is an additional enhancement of 1/3rd for hours worked each night and at the weekend and double time for Bank Holidays.
