Job Description: Air Logistics Planner
Do you want to work in a dynamic working environment in offshore logistics? We are recruiting an Air Logistics Planner for our Helicopter Operation in the Southern North Sea.
Offshore is a changing environment that requires flexibility and changing ways of working where logistics plays an important role. Within the Air operations team we have the responsibility to transport people and materials safely, effectively and efficiently to and from our offshore installations. Air transport is subject to strict external and internal regulations to ensure safety.
Scope and job purpose
The primary objective of this role is to ensure offshore helicopter operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.
* Coordinating daily flight schedules for personnel traveling to offshore installations.
* Ensure fully optimised flight schedules are created and maintained in accordance with relevant regulations
* Booking personnel onto helicopter flights and ensuring accurate manifesting.
* Participating in planning meetings to align logistics with operational needs.
* Establish passenger compliance with relevant company and industry requirements through Vantage POB
* Supporting the monitoring and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Air Logistics.
* Close stakeholder engagement ( e.g. activity planners, offshore Radio Operators, contracting companies)
* Participating in an out-of-hours duty roster to provide continuous operational support.

* A minimum of one helicopter on a fixed contract
* Several Ad Hoc providers Offshore dimensions
* Two manned offshore installations
* Multiple unmanned installations
* Walk 2 Work vessel
* Barges and rigs

* Solid understanding of offshore logistics / aviation operations.
* Previous experience in the Oil and Gas industry, ideally within a logistics function.
* Demonstrates a high level of responsibility and accountability.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing operational demands.
* Effective team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and disciplines.
* Proficient in using Vantage POB for passenger management and compliance.
* Maintains composure and communicates clearly under pressure, especially during flight delays or logistical backlogs.
* Willingness to work unsocial hours to support operational requirements.
