SEN Teaching Assistant - Southampton Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated and supportive SEN Teaching Assistant to work in schools across the Southampton area. This role involves helping children with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, social‑emotional difficulties, communication barriers, and general learning delays. You'll be providing a blend of 1:1 support, small‑group work, and in‑class assistance, helping pupils build confidence, regulate emotions, and engage positively with their learning. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are empathetic, patient, and passionate about helping children who need extra guidance. We welcome applicants with backgrounds in care, support work, youth work, SEN settings, or graduates in psychology, education, criminology, counselling, or child development.
