Job Description:
A Huddersfield school in the WF2 area is seeking an experienced HLTA to join their team on a long-term basis. The role involves supporting pupils and staff, contributing to high standards and achievements. Responsibilities include assisting with behavioural management, delivering lessons, and possibly planning and delivering your own classes during unplanned absences. 1:1 support may also be required.

Hours and Salary:
Term time, Monday to Friday
Pay: GBP 90-GBP 110 per day depending on experience
Start date: ASAP
Contract: Permanent, full-time

Candidate Requirements:
* Hold a HLTA qualification or equivalent to a level 4 NVQ.
* Have experience supporting teachers both in and out of the classroom.
* Be passionate about raising teaching standards.
* Experience dealing with classroom behaviours and incidents.
* Ability to motivate and encourage pupils to reach their potential.
* Effective communication with staff and professional incident reporting.
Eligibility:
* Right to Work in the UK.
* Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the update service or willingness to process a new application.
* Two professional child-related references from the last two years.
