Pay rates:
* £12.88 hourly
Essential requirements for production operative:
* Good English level in communication, reading and writing is required.
* Ability to work full time, we offer different shift patterns; 6am and 6pm start, 4 shifts a week including weekends.
Desirable requirements for production operative:
* Flexibility approached to shift changes.
* Experience in food production or hygiene or warehouse environment.
Your role for production operative:
* Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
* Monitoring the production line to ensure high quality standards are met.
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace following hygiene protocols.
* Assisting with the packaging and labeling of food products.
* Collaborating with the team to meet daily production targets.
