<div><h3>Senior Paid Media Account Manager – Hybrid Working – ESSEX BASED</h3><p>Must be able to travel to Maldon, Essex 3 days per week.</p><h3>The Company</h3><ul><li>A full-service agency covering digital media as well as offering clients creative services.</li><li>As a team, they have diverse and independent thinking, underpinning their work with amazing service, specialised knowledge and tailor‑made marketing solutions that generate ROI.</li></ul><h3>The Job</h3><ul><li>Develop, produce and deliver marketing campaigns and proposals for new and existing growth accounts.</li><li>Aid in the management, development and growth of the agency.</li><li>Support, nurture and develop the wider team.</li><li>Be the day‑to‑day client lead for selected clients and media suppliers.</li><li>Develop and cultivate relationships with both clients and media suppliers.</li><li>Research various markets, identifying suitable media that meet the clients objectives.</li></ul><h3>You</h3><ul><li>Analytically minded and passionate about the media advertising world.</li><li>Enthusiastic, outgoing and confident, with the ability to work independently, follow direction and work as part of a team.</li><li>Relevant media / marketing agency experience with a minimum of 3 years, working within a Senior Account Management or lead role.</li><li>Experience of devising and delivering both traditional and digital media campaign – PPC specifically.</li></ul><p>Sphere is an equal opportunities employer.
