3. Provide administrative support to the legal team and ensure smooth office operations.
4. Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence accurately.
5. Manage appointments, schedules, and meetings for the legal team.
6. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and calls.
7. Maintain and update legal files and databases systematically.
8. Assist with the preparation of contracts and related documentation.
9. Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
10. Ensure compliance with internal processes and legal procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Secretary / Administrator should have:

11. Relevant experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
12. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
13. Proficiency in office software and legal document preparation.
14. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
