This rewarding opportunity is based in the BS4 area, supporting children with severe and profound disabilities. As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in helping students flourish during their formative years and beyond-providing care, encouragement, and tailored support to meet their individual needs. The school caters for children of a secondary age group working on a primary curriculum. We're looking for resilient, compassionate individuals who are eager to make a genuine difference. The role is a full- time position and the hours of the roles are 8.45-3.45. About the Students Our pupils have a range of needs, including: Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) Complex Needs We're Looking For Someone Who: Has experience in a similar role or with individuals with disabilities (desirable) Is confident working with challenging behaviour Can provide 1:1 or 2:1 support tailored to individual needs Demonstrates strong behaviour management and communication skills Is proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic Is committed to inclusion and continuous learning Why Work With Affinity Workforce?
