Job Summary:
We are looking for a versatile Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience who can adapt quickly and work across multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, can switch between projects without completing the first one, and effectively balances competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across different projects.
* Support multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
* Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
* Assist in solution design and provide input for process improvements.
* Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation to support project decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
* Strong ability to work across multiple projects at once.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
* Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies is a plus.
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle changing priorities.
