The Role:
We are looking for a talented Primary Teacher to join our Key Stage 2 team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils. You will create a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a love for learning and encouraging pupils to achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Assess pupils’ progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages active participation and independent learning.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop schemes of work and share best practices.
Maintain regular communication with parents and carers to provide updates on pupils’ progress and well-being.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential.
Commitment to continuous professional development and willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
ECTs are welcome to apply for this role given placement experience in KS2.
