Qualifications & Experience
 * Level 3 in Children\'s Residential Care (essential)
 * Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (preferred)
 * Experience in Years: At least 2 years in residential care of children, with 1 year in a supervisory role in the last 5 years
Role Requirements
Employment Type: Permanent. A passionate and dedicated Registered Manager who wants to make a difference in young people\'s lives by leading a high-quality care environment. You\'ll have experience in residential childcare, team development, and a strong understanding of complex care needs. The ideal candidate will be organised, compassionate, and ready to ensure the highest standards of care are provided, with a trauma-informed approach to supporting children with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties.
Responsibilities
 * Minimum 2 years in residential childcare, with 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years
 * Comprehensive knowledge of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements
 * Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage resources effectively
