Job Description:
Salary and Benefits:
* Salary £20.21 per hour (basic)

Working Schedule:
Monday - Friday (37.5 hours/week)
Major Job Functions:
* Install, maintain, modify, and repair electrical distribution systems and associated equipment/lighting systems.
* Inspect and test electrical components, including transformers, transfer switches, and switchgear.
* Use blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals to complete projects.
* Survey electrical systems, circuits, and plans.
* Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand and power tools; terminate power/control/monitoring wiring.
Specific Skills:
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication skills and customer rapport building
* Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge:
Extensive knowledge and experience in electrical systems and practices.
Accountability:
Work on industrial/commercial projects (not domestic), adhering to BS 7671 (18th Edition) wiring regulations, national electrical codes, and NICEIC standards.
Education and Experience:
* CSCS Electrician grade/JIB card
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* Test & Inspection 2394/2395 (or 2391)
* Full UK driving license
* Experience with fire alarm installation
* Containment installation experience (ladder/tray/basket/galvanized conduit)
* Desirable: Confined space, PASMA, MEWPs/IPAF, First aid, CompEx, SSSTS or SMSTS qualifications
