What are we looking for? We’re looking for a creative and self-motivated individual with a passion for education, design, and technology. You should have a background or strong interest in instructional design, digital learning, or education technology. Experience using content creation and authoring tools, such as Canva, Synthesia, HeyGen, Descript, Veed.io, or similar is highly desirable. You should also be comfortable working with online learning platforms like WordPress LMS, H5P, Moodle, or Interacty, and be willing to learn new tools as needed. Strong written and visual communication skills are key, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative international team. What will you be doing? We are looking for a talented and creative volunteer to join our remote team as a Learning Designer to help shape the way AI is taught and understood across diverse educational contexts. You'll play a critical role in co-creating engaging, inclusive, and accessible learning experiences on topics like AI literacy, digital skills, and ethical AI use. Your key responsibilities will include Designing and structuring digital learning modules using WordPress LMS, Interacty, and H5P (Moodle). Developing visual and interactive learning content using tools such as Synthesia, HeyGen, Canva, Descript, and Veed.io. Collaborating with educators, researchers, and project leads to ensure content is pedagogically sound and culturally inclusive. Creating multimedia materials such as explainer videos, case studies, and interactive scenarios. Ensuring content is aligned with accessibility standards and suitable for global learners with varying levels of digital access. Iterating on content based on user feedback and learner analytics.
