Effective liaison with sources, medical agencies, experts, third-party insurers, and other stakeholders is expected to ensure cases progress efficiently. Attendance at court hearings may be required to represent clients, or where appropriate, instructing Barristers in line with internal policies to provide formal advice on quantum and liability. Additional tasks may be assigned as deemed relevant and reasonable by the business. Experience and Knowledge Must be a biker — either through personal experience owning and/or riding a motorbike, or through professional experience handling bike-related claims. Qualified Solicitor, Member/Fellow of CILEX with a strong background in RTA claims handling. Proven litigation skills, including robust drafting capabilities and the ability to negotiate effective settlements at the appropriate stage. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Committed to delivering high-quality service to both clients and the firm. Capable of compiling and analysing data to inform decision-making. Commercially astute, with the ability to identify opportunities to optimise case outcomes for both the client and the business.
