Youll play a key role in evaluating overseeing and executing our strategic investments in accordance with our procurement, asset management and affordable warmth strategies. With three Contract Managers reporting to you and each team available, you will manage the investment budgets, to ensure that expenditure remains within budgets, including monitoring the effectiveness of consultants and contractors in respect of delivery cost and quality of work. you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our capital investment programme, working collaboratively with stakeholders, contractors and partners to enhance the quality of the housing stock.
