Your Role
We are looking to expand our team with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Consultants with Financial Services experience.
* The role involves client engagements addressing challenges faced by capital markets firms in current market and regulatory environments.
* You will provide consulting, business analysis, and project management services to clients, supported by early-career analysts and leveraging experienced industry Subject Matter Experts (“SMEs”).
* You will contribute to projects with your knowledge of trade and transaction reporting challenges.
* You will support broader practice efforts through knowledge sharing, marketing, and business development activities.
Your Profile
* Experience in consulting or financial services is beneficial.
* Knowledge or interest in topics such as:
o Project management
o Business analysis
o Consulting
o Trade and transaction reporting
o Regulatory change
o Data and analytics
o Controls
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong critical thinking, innovation, and problem-solving abilities.
* Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills, both internal and client-facing.
* Ability to work collaboratively and maintain an inclusive culture.
* Resilience under pressure, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity.
* Self-motivated, autonomous, with a proactive attitude and openness to guidance.
* Continuous learner with a growth mindset.
* Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and data interpretation skills.
