Job Title: Customer Service Professional
We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Customer Service professional.

Do you have extensive experience in customer service with a high level of attention to detail?
Role Overview
As a customer care specialist for this international financial services business, you’ll immediately become a key part of the team.
Your responsibilities include processing payouts and activating agreements in accordance with company policies and service level targets.
You will ensure that the documentation accompanying the supplier invoice is sufficient to enable payout and activation of the agreement. The key to this role is to ensure agreements are paid out correctly the first time, with diligence in reviewing supporting documentation prior to payout and activation.
Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications
* Minimum of A levels or equivalent
* Experience in the automotive or consumer finance industry is essential
* 3 years’ experience in a Customer or Dealer Service position preferred
IT Skills Profile
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word
* Workflow management skills
Offered is a starting salary of £26,500 pro rata per annum.
