What Youll Be Doing
* Connecting specialist talent with leading Life Sciences companies
* Building and developing your own client relationships and market
* Managing recruitment processes from first conversation to offer stage
* Working to clear targets that drive commission and progression
* Developing into a market specialist with ownership of your desk
* Learning consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship building

* No recruitment experience required
