We are currently seeking a talented, ambitious and energetic New Business Manager that will be overseeing as well as being involved in their own individual sales for both our lettings and sales departments.
Ideal candidates will hold NAEA and ARLA qualifications.
The job role will include but not be limited to:
* Day to day duties of running the sales and lettings department
* Managing the office diary and being responsible for team members’ diaries
* Hold Morning Team Meetings (must have experience in performing these type of meetings and being able to motivate team members)
* Sourcing new business
* Meet and greet clients
* Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
* Follow up on potential leads
* Managing marketing and advertising (developing property descriptions)
* Arrange and attend viewings
* Assisting clients throughout the sales and lettings progression
* Negotiate offers with buyers and tenants to owners
* Building rapport and maintaining client relationship
* Contact & liaise with applicants/buyers
* Carrying out valuations / Listing properties
* Develop your team to perform to the best of their ability
The successful candidate must possess:
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills
* Typing skills and efficiency
* Negotiation, sales and marketing skills
* Professional attitude towards works
* The ability to make good working relationships with a wide range of people
* Peoples person – being likable with a good strong personality
* Good market knowledge
* The ability to work under pressure

* Experience in property sector no less than 5 years
* Outstanding influencing and networking skills
* Area knowledge required

* Full UK valid driving license
* Well-presented, professional with a proactive approach
* Experience in managing staff and taking leadership of a team
* Ability to report to shareholders / directors and senior of company
