\nKey Responsibilities for the Conveyancing Solicitor:

\n\t
* Manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
\n\t
* Provide clear legal advice and support throughout the conveyancing process.
\n\t
* Carry out due diligence, including searches, title checks, and contract reviews.
\n\t
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties to keep transactions moving smoothly.
\n\t
* Draft required legal documents and correspondence.
\n\t
* Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all files and client communications.
\n
