Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Children’s Occupational Therapist to join their service, supporting children and young people with complex needs in the community. This is a high-rate (£40ph) role with a strong focus on equipment, adaptations, and clinical reasoning, working closely with families and partner organisations. What will your responsibilities be? Undertake home-based assessments and reviews for children with a range of needs Recommend and arrange specialist equipment and adaptations (minor & major / DFG) Conduct manual handling and risk assessments Provide clinical advice, guidance, and signposting to families and carers Work collaboratively with: NHS services Schools Child Development Centres (CDC) Local Authority teams Implement minor adaptations and bespoke equipment solutions Maintain accurate documentation and case records Benefits: Excellent rate of £40 p/h Flexible hybrid setup Specialist children’s OT role with autonomy Strong multi-agency working environment Key Skills: Strong clinical reasoning Ability to manage a varied caseload Confident working independently in community settings Strong partnership and communication skills Working Pattern: Hybrid working 2 days per week in the office Office available Mon–Fri as touchdown space between visits Community-based role Qualifications & Experience: Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy HCPC Registration Strong experience as a Children’s Occupational Therapist Experience with: Complex equipment Minor & major adaptations (DFG) Manual handling & risk assessments Full UK driving licence (essential) Why Liquid Personnel?
