Job Description:
We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Project Analyst to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will support the project management team by providing in-depth analysis, insights, and recommendations to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse project data and key performance metrics to evaluate progress and outcomes.
* Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
* Proactively identify and address project risks and challenges.
* Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project management team.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of project management best practices.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Project Analyst or in a similar project management role.
* Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
* Proficient in using project management software and tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Highly organized with a commitment to accuracy.
