About the Role
As a Content Designer, you will create clear, user-centred content for our public sector client and other government and private sector clients. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver accessible content aligned with the Government Digital Service (GDS) standards. The role requires understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
You will contribute to the Experience Design Team, shaping meaningful services and developing as a practitioner through diverse challenges and opportunities, within Capgemini.

Your role
The services we co-create are often complex and high-impact. We’re looking for individuals who can bring clarity where there is uncertainty and shape content that empowers users and supports service transformation.

You’ll work with user researchers, service designers, and interaction designers to ensure content is integrated into the overall user experience.
You’ll apply a wide range of skills—from developing content strategies and writing for accessibility to facilitating workshops, presenting to stakeholders, and iterating based on feedback and data. You’ll use insights to inform decisions and navigate complex policy or technical subject matter to produce content that is simple and effective.
You’ll contribute to the wider design community by mentoring others, sharing best practices, and helping to shape the future of content design across Capgemini. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and work across organizational and technical boundaries to deliver impactful services.
