The Role We are looking for a Multitrader to provide reactive day to day repair in residents’ properties, aiming to achieve a first time fix where possible or managing the resident expectations and ensuring a follow on service is provided. Responsibilities As a Multi-Trade Operative, your responsibilities will include: Carpentry and Joinery – Fitting doors, Carpentry Repairs and kitchens Plumbing – Fitting bathroom suites, Plumbing Repairs Plastering – Whole rooms, Patch Repairs & ceiling Decorating – Painting walls, ceilings and woodwork Experience and Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications, experience, and attributes: You’ll be a talented multi-skilled trades person. Knowledge of onsite working practices and site safety. Good people skills are a must.
