About the Role
We are looking for a new Account Manager to join our growing team and help scale up the business. This is a remote role which is a combination of account management and business development. As well as managing and growing your own client portfolio, you will work closely with the founder to help turn inbound leads into long term corporate clients.
Key parts of the role include client meetings, proposal writing and operations. This is a varied and dynamic role which requires a passion for building relationships and consultative selling as you develop strong knowledge of our range of courses so that you can recommend the most suitable courses to clients.
Responsibilities:
New business development:
· Lead or participate in sales meetings with both B2B and B2C clients
· Write detailed training proposals, tying together an understanding of corporate clients’ needs with Fearless training courses
· Keep CRM records up to date and provide a weekly pipeline report
· Adhoc support on marketing activities
Account management and growth:
· Form strong relationships with clients, leading quarterly meetings with them and handling new training bookings
· Manage relationships with trainers, providing detailed briefs on training work
· Oversee smooth delivery of training programmes, being the go-between for corporate clients and trainers
· Review feedback surveys to explore opportunities for further training
· Identify and cultivate commercial opportunities with other teams within the same company using email and LinkedIn outreach
Essential:
· Exemplary communication skills
· Strong copywriting skills for proposal writing
· Consultative selling skills - ability to sell services to existing and new clients
· Strong administrative skills – high professional standards and meticulous
· Bachelor degree or equivalent
Preferred:
· Experience of working with learning and development departments within corporate companies
· An interest in L&D, communication skills training and psychology
· Easy access to London in case London-based clients request an in-person meeting

Salary:
£40,000 - £55,000 + 20% of salary as bonus (dependent on level of experience)
Hours:
Available as a full time or part time role.
Location:
This role is remote, but could include the occasional trip to London for a client meeting.
