The Role
This is a 360 Recruitment Consultant position with real ownership.
You will:
* Run and develop your own desk within Construction, Civils, M&E or Renewables markets
* Manage the full recruitment cycle (BD, client management, delivery)
* Build long-term relationships with clients and contractors
* Work live roles from day one (warm desk available)
* Take full ownership of your market and pipeline
